Currently, Yahoo Publisher Network (in my
opinion) is the best Google Adsense Alternative and the first place to go
for all publishers who are not fortunate enough to use Adsense (may be because
they are not accepted into the program or their account is banned by Google).
The Yahoo! Publisher Network (abbreviated
as YPN) is a beta network, launched on August 2, 2005 by Yahoo!. As the
service is currently in Beta, it is currently only accepting US-Based
publishers; it is believed that Yahoo! will expand this when the program comes
out of Beta. YPN provides cost per click contextual advertising, similar to
Google Adsense, as well as various tools and services to assist publishers in
building and improving their websites.
Yahoo Publisher Network will feature:

- Ability to filter competitive listings from
appearing on your site—to protect your business.
- Access to a wide range of tools, services
and programs that enable you—and your users—to get the most value from your
site.

a PayPal option that lets you get paid more quickly.
Many reviews (that I have been gone through) suggest that Yahoo Publisher
Network work on par with Adsense. While Adsense can produce more relevent ads
because of their huge Ad inventory and better context matching algorithms, Yahoo
Publisher Network is some what behind on this end (and seems its catching up).
So this means you cane xpect better CTR with Adsense than YPN. But Yahoo
Publisher Network pays more than Adsense per click on the same niche. Over all,
Yahoo Publisher Network is the first place to go for all publishers who are not
fortunate enough to use Adsense.
